Barb has been a Registered Nurse for more than 40 years and is the Network Representative for Northeast Saskatchewan.

Barb has been involved with SUN at a Local or Provincial level since 1985. She initially ran for the Board of Directors because she had a keen interest in representing members at the provincial level. She strongly felt – and continues to feel – that member participation will move SUN forward in a positive way. Barb is also the President for her Local. As a member of the Provincial Board of Directors, Barb sits on the Staff Negotiations Committee, the Policy Committee, and the Executive Committee.

Outside of SUN, Barb’s priority is her family. She says she simply enjoys life as it comes her way.
